Keelan Marion commits to BYU Football after transferring from UConn. Marion is a junior and will have three more years of eligibility to play as a Cougar in Provo, Utah. This is another big transfer for the Cougars as they transition into the Big 12 this fall.

Keelan Marion is a 6’0 200 lbs wide receiver from Atlanta Georgia. Marion played in 17 games as a husky. In those 17 games he had 32 receptions for 563 yards and six touchdowns. He also handled the kick and punt returns for UConn. Marion will be a great compliment for the Cougars on offense as he is a smaller wide receiver.

The Cougars have some big body receivers so they need some that are smaller and have some more speed. Marion also brings to the table his strength in getting off the line of scrimmage and breaking away from the cornerbacks in the backfield. He will join Chase Roberts, Kody Epps, Keanu Hill, and others in this BYU receiving room. Look for him to be showing up big in fall camp and working into the starting rotation for the cougars.
