The College Football Playoff rankings have returned for the year. This year, they have a new committee with 12 new members. The committee made sure that this year, they included strength of schedule and strength of record for this 12-team playoff. The First round will take place on higher-ranking campuses and begin on the 19th of December. The Quarterfinals will be held at the Cotton Bowl, Orange Bowl, Rose Bowl, and the Sugar Bowl. Those games will be played on New Year’s Eve and New Year’s Day. The Semifinals will be at the Fiesta Bowl and the Peach Bowl. Those games will be on January 8th and 9th. The Championship game will be on January 19th in Miami.

The ACC has six teams, the Big 10 has six teams, the Big 12 has three teams, and the SEC has 10 teams.

Below are the teams in the top 25 order, with some thoughts about who I would have switched. It is also about some of their biggest losses and wins this season that may have landed them there.
