Big 12 Football gets ready for Week 4 of the conference and Week 7 of the regular season. There are a few teams who are fresh off a BYE week so that will impact who will win some games this week. There is only one newcomer who has won in conference play so far, this week is another opportunity for someone else to get theirs.
Oklahoma 6-0
Oklahoma upset Texas 34-30 this past weekend in a huge matchup to remain undefeated. The Sooners take that win and head into a BYE Week before playing at home against UCF.
West Virginia 4-1
The Mountaineers are coming off a BYE Week so they will have fresh legs to take on Houston on the road. This game will be on Thursday at 7 p.m. EST on FS1. West Virginia will take this win and be 5-1 on the season.
Texas 5-1
Texas lost to Oklahoma 30-34 at home to suffer their first loss of the 2023 season. They take the loss and head into a BYE Week to prep for Houston.
Iowa State 3-3
The Cyclones beat TCU 27-14 this past weekend. Iowa State heads to Cincinnati to take on the Bearcats at noon EST on FS1 this coming Saturday. The Cyclones should have this win to push them to a winning record.
Kansas 5-1
Kansas took down the Knights at home last weekend 51-22. The Jayhawks will be on the road at Oklahoma State on FS1 at 3:30 p.m. this Saturday. Oklahoma State will take this win and put Kansas at a 5-2 record.
Texas Tech 3-3
The Red Raiders are coming off a huge win in Waco over Baylor. They take this win and head home to take on Kansas State on FS1 at 7 p.m. EST. This will be a fun matchup but Texas Tech will come away with the win.
BYU 4-1
BYU is coming off a BYE Week and should have some big-name players back. The Cougars head to Fort Worth to take on the Horned Frogs. This game will be on ESPN at 3:30 p.m. EST. BYU will take this win and head to 5-1 in the 2023 season.
Kansas State 3-2
The Wildcats lost to Oklahoma State on Friday night. They will be in Lubbock to take on the Red Raiders this Saturday. Kansas State will suffer its third loss of the 2023 season.
Oklahoma State 3-2
Oklahoma State is coming off a win at home against Kansas State. They will take on Kansas this upcoming Saturday and win another home game this season.
TCU 3-3
The Horned Frogs lost to Iowa State 14-27 this past weekend. TCU will be at home to take on BYU this Saturday afternoon. They will also suffer another loss and be 3-4 on the year
Baylor 2-4
Baylor took a beat down on the late game against Texas Tech this past Saturday. The Bears will be on a BYE Week this weekend and look to find a way to bounce back in 2023.
Cincinnati 2-3
The Bearcats are coming off a BYE Week. Cincinnati will be at home against Iowa State this weekend. Iowa State will come away with the win and put the Bearcats at 2-4 on the season. Cincinnati will still be searching for its first Big 12 Football win.
Houston 2-3
Houston is also coming off a BYE Week. The Cougars will be at home against West Virginia on Thursday night. West Virginia will get another win and put Houston at 2-4 in 2023.
UCF 3-3
The Knights are coming off an embarrassing 22-51 loss to Kansas. UCF is on a BYE Week and is looking for a way to bounce back this season. UCF is also still seeking its first Big 12 Football win.
