Big 12 Football

Big 12 Football was back on top this week as they hopped into conference play. The newcomers still haven’t won a Big 12 matchup. Some of the newcomers will get their first win this weekend so keep an eye out for that.

Kansas 4-0

Kansas took down BYU 38-27 on Saturday. The Jayhawks take on Texas in Austin on ABC at 3 pm EST. This will be an interesting matchup as it will be a battle of the undefeated. Both teams have shown great qualities as to who will win this matchup but Texas will come out on top.

Oklahoma 4-0

The Sooners beat Cincinnati 20-6 to keep their season undefeated. Oklahoma heads back home to take Iowa State on FS1 at 7 p.m. EST. The Sooners will come out with their win and stay undefeated.

Texas 4-0

Texas went to Waco and beat the Bears 38-6. The Longhorns will be at home against the Jayhawks on Saturday at 3:30 pm EST on ABC. Texas will take this victory and be the second Big 12 undefeated team.

Kansas State 3-1

The Wildcats beat UCF 44-31 on Saturday. Kansas State has a bye week this weekend.

TCU 3-1

TCU took down SMU 34-17 for another good win this season. The Horned Frogs will stay at home and take on West Virginia at 8 pm EST on ESPN2. TCU will take this win making it four on the year.

West Virginia 3-1

The Mountaineers beat Texas Tech 20-13 this past weekend. West Virginia heads to Fort Worth to take on TCU. They will lose this game to be 3-2 on the season.

Iowa State 2-2

Iowa State beat Oklahoma State 34-27 on Saturday. The Cyclones head to Norman to take on Oklahoma. This will be a loss for Iowa State and they will be 2-3 on the year.

BYU 3-1

The Cougars suffered their first loss to Kansas 27-38. BYU heads home to Provo to take on the Bearcats of Cincinnati on Friday at 10:15 p.m. EST on ESPN. The Cougars will take this win and be 4-1 on the year.

UCF 3-1

UCF lost to Kansas State this past weekend. The Knights will be at home against Baylor this Saturday at 3:30 pm EST on FS1. UCF should get this win and be 4-1 on the season.

Cincinnati 2-2

The Bearcats lost to Oklahoma 6-20. Cincinnati will head to Provo to take on the Cougars. This will be their 3 loss of the 2023 season.

Houston 2-2

Houston lost to TCU this past weekend. The Cougars head to Lubbock to take on Texas Tech at 3:30 p.m. EST on FS2. This will be a close game but Houston will lose it.

Oklahoma State 2-2

The Cowboys lost to Iowa State 34-27 this past Saturday. Oklahoma State has a bye week.

Baylor 1-3

Baylor lost to Texas 6-38 during week four. The Bears will be on the road at UCF on FS1 at 3:30 p.m. EST. They will suffer their fourth loss of 2023.

Texas Tech 1-3

The Red Raiders lost to West Virginia 13-20 this past Saturday. Texas Tech will be at home to take on Houston. They will come away with the victory and be 2-3 on the season.
